These terms govern your use of Sapote, operated by Kushal Sokke Malleshappa (Kushal SM). By using Sapote, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

What Sapote does

Sapote stores and retrieves the photos, notes, and routines you choose to record through ChatGPT. Sapote is a personal journal. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, or prescribe treatment. Observations supplied through ChatGPT can be inaccurate; review your entries and consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

Your content and connection

You keep ownership of your content. You authorize us to store, process, and display it as needed to provide Sapote. Upload only content you have the right to share. Keep your connection credentials and private photo links secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Using the service

Use Sapote lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s journal, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Sapote depends on ChatGPT and other service providers; their terms also apply when you use their services.

Availability and your records

We work to keep your journal available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, successful attachment transfer, or error-free records. Check save confirmations and keep your own copies of photos you need. We may change or discontinue features and may restrict access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.

Ending use and data requests

You can stop using Sapote and disconnect it from ChatGPT at any time. You can export or delete your journal from your account. For help with stored information, email kushalsokke@gmail.com. Disconnecting alone does not delete your journal.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sapote is provided as available, without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for decisions made based on journal content or ChatGPT responses. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
