For a missing photo, a connection problem, or anything else about Sapote, get in touch.
Include what you tried, the entry date, and any error shown. You don’t need to send your skin photos or private access links.
Connect with ChatGPT
Sapote is getting ready for the ChatGPT app directory. Create or manage your Sapote account. If you already have access to the app in ChatGPT, connect Sapote in ChatGPT’s app settings and sign in when prompted. Then mention Sapote in a conversation to save or open your journal. If a photo did not save
Ask ChatGPT to show the entry first. A note can be saved even when its photo fails. You can then ask it to attach the missing photo to that entry. If ChatGPT can no longer access the attachment, upload it again. Each submitted photo is added, so retry only the photos that are missing.
If a preview is unavailable
A saved original can still be available even when the browser cannot display a preview. Open the entry and use its download link to retrieve the original.
Your information
You can export or delete your journal from your account. For a correction or help with a data request, email us from the address associated with your connection and tell us what you need. We may ask you to verify ownership. See our privacy policy for how your information is handled.
